I've been staying at this Courtyard, just about every week since April 2011. This Courtyard uses Dish Network for satellite TV, and it's consistently bad reception. My first couple of stays I complained to the front desk, they sent a technician to my room to "fix" the problem. After staying in lots of different rooms over the weeks, it became obvious that it affects the entire complex. I finally spoke to the Manager. She admitted the problem was with their local Dish Network provider. She was the first person to even admit that there was a problem. I continued staying at this hotel because it's a good rate, convenient to my work, it's usually quiet and the in-room A/C units keep the room cooler during the summer than most other hotels. I also needed to rack up some Marriott points. If not for the A/C and the points, I would be at the DoubleTree just up the road. Same rate, nicer rooms and free breakfast.
Room Tip: Ask for rooms on the 100 level. That avoids having to climb stairs with your luggage in tow.
