Ivy Motel offers excellent rates at 35 dollars a night. Unfortunately that's all they offer. They required cash only and offered no receipt to evidence the transaction. They do not offer a choice between smoking or non-smoking and if you prefer the latter of the two, count on being placed in a small, poorly ventilated room full of smoke. The white towels were streaked with brown dirt, the dresser, table, and nightstand were covered in dirty grime. Only two of the six sockets actually had working lightbulbs and the bottom drawer of the dresser held an empty vodka bottle. Upon asking for extra pillows (to take the place of those already in the room and full of smoke), we were refused. Despite there being no t.v. remote, there was cable. And despite everything else, the maid was very kind and friendly.
