we will not ever stay there do too the rud manage the room was hot no pool the lady at the front desk was really rud to me and my family we will be reporting this places

We were passing through on our way home and didn't make reservations in advance, but that was not a problem, because there were plenty of rooms available (small town). When we arrived, the clerk answered us promptly, but wasn't exactly the friendliest person. When we asked about restaurants, she only told us about the barbecue place down the street. When we asked about other options (we had just come from Memphis and were full up of bbq) she said, yes, and it's over there, but then started going on about the bbq place again. We were not informed that the hotel used radiant heaters, and were confused when the heat/ac unit that most hotels have wouldn't come on. It was an okay experience, but I probably would stay at the hotel next door if I ever pass through again.

I was charged for 50.00 smoking in a non smoking room b/c they found a cigarette butt in the trash can...EXCUSE ME FOR NOT WANTING TO LEAVE MY TRASH IN YOUR PARKING LOT!!! Not to mention I had my 2 mo old infant son with me. When I called and tried to explain this they were very rude and unprofessional. What a ripoff!!!

Was charged for stay after cancelling by 4:00 pm the day before. i cancelled both by calling the front desk AND by cancelling throught he online reservation agency. The hotel charged my card anyway. When I called, the manager asked that I fax my reservation documents and I would be reimbursed. I did so inmediately but the hotel refuses to refund my room charges.
