I called the hotel as I was driving in order to verify the directions. Although, I did not really need to. It was very easy to find. The gentleman at the front desk had our keys and registration ready for us and even greeted us by our names as we entered. Our entire check in time was about thirty seconds. He offered us cookies and later even took time to make several dinning recommendations when we asked. They proved us with much appreciated coupons to TGIF's. We made our reservations through a third party website and noticed that the site only books a single bed room despite the number of people we listed. I am glad that I took time to read the terms and conditions of the site, because it did instruct us to call the hotel to change our reservation from the single bed room to a room with two beds. I am not sure why the site limits the number of beds to one. I will never use the third party sites again. When I called the hotel the lady gladly made the change with out any additional charges. If you ask me why use sites like expedia, hotels.com, ect when all they can do is make a default type reservation and NOT even tell the hotel what you truly need? I will gladly stay at this hotel again, but next time I will call them to make my reservation.
