I have been to St. Louis a number of time and stayed at the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel it has a great location. We have received great treatement from the all the staff. We are SPG Gold members and the check-in and accomodations have always been great. The room and beds are most comfortable. This is my home away from home. The service in the Club Lounge and staff are second to none.

stayed at the Sheraton Clayton on 12/27th for one night. It was a very nice looking hotel at first impressions. We told the front desk that our daughter had to be at a meeting at the University at 9:00am and they told us to call to book the shuttle at 8:30 am which we did. The following morning we were in the lobby at 8:30am and there was no shuttle. When we approached the front desk lady she gave us an attitude and told us that the shuttle will not be there before 8:45am. We told her that we should have been told not to rely on the shuttle and we would have booked a cab. She had an "I don't care" attitude. The people at the front desk should tell people that the shuttle is not always reliable even if you booked a certain time. When we called the hotel to return with the shuttle they said we had to wait over an hour. We were only five minutes away from the hotel. So much for their shuttle service. Any way it was more of the attitude we received that annoyed us.

I will stay here again without question. Exceptional!
