Just stayed 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. I knew to expect about a 3-star, so I wouldn't be disappointed when I got there.
Hotel is your standard SpringHill suites brand -- kind of plain and not ritzy, but clean and efficient.
Breakfast left a little to be desired. I wish they would add one or two more menu items.
The front desk staff that I happened to interact with were generally pleasant.
The Business Center is 1 computer, set up in the breakfast area. Bring your own laptop, if possible.
The room itself was nicely appointed. The bathroom itself looked a little outdated, but it was fine otherwise. We had a room with a king bed (pretty comfy). It was a little small getting around to either side of the bed, though. The flat screen TV was set up in between the bed area and the the living area, so it could be watched from either side of the room, which was nice.
Fitness center was small and did not have a lot of equipment. Did not use the pool.
All in all, it was a comfortable stay, but we weren't in the room much.
