This hotel is a mix of good and not-so-good. They seem to be in the process of renovating but aren't quite finished (at least that's what a sign in the lobby says). I'm going to break it down in sections so that you can decide for yourself.
Bed: We had a King - very comfortable and the linens and blankets were new. 4 stars.
TV: Standard, with about a dozen channels, 3 stars.
WiFi: Was working fine at first but about an hour before I went to bed it started cutting off. In the morning it worked fine. 3 stars.
Bathroom: Leaky faucet in the tub, older vanity and floor, but clean. However, I did find a small cock roach in the tub. It's a good thing I'm not squeemish about bugs. The door to the bathroom needs to replaced. 1 star.
Room: Floor seems clean, furniture is functional but arrange strangely, the room came with a small fridge and microwave, one of the lamps on one of the nightstands did not work, but the AC/heater worked fine. 3 stars.
Breakfast: meager, only cereal, coffee, juice, or a bevy of carbs: toast, english muffins, doughnuts, cake. But my motto is, something is better the nothing. 3 stars.
Staff: the young fellow at the front desk that greeted us was pleasant and professional, however from the time I called to get a rate quote over the phone to the time we checked in the price went up about $10 so make sure you know the price before you come over here and make them stick to the price they give you over the phone, 3 stars.
All in all not a horrible place to stay (despite the cock roach). The hotel was super quiet last night and it seems to be a very safe place to be. And it is very close to a huge mall called St Louis Mills. I would stay here again.
There is room to park a big truck and trailer in the back, enough room for maybe 2 to park back there, for you truckers out there.
