We stayed at the Holiday Inn for our family reunion and the service could not have been any better! From the time we arrived until we checked out, the staff was so gracious, hospitable, and helpful! Diane Hill, Milton, Marketa, Steve, Adam, the entire staff who worked with us to keep our family comfortable were all top-notch! They offered so many bonuses to our stay I cant even begin how to thank them all. The indoor-outdoor pool was great, the banquet was awesome and the food, well, we're still talking about it! yum! Thank you Holiday Inn!!

This hotel was booked through an internet site and was rated a three star. I didn't get the three star feeling. Elevator bottoms didn't light up when you pushed them in the lobby or on the floor we were on. Didn't really know if it was working until it opened. Finally got to the room and the bath tub hadn't been clean. A visible ring around the tub - not so inviting. The rooms just looked like them needed some extra attention.
I do have to give the front desk staff and shuttle driver two thumbs up. Once we called down to the desk they found us another room on our floor and personally brought us the new room keys and had checked out the new room to make sure it was clean. The shuttle driver was on time and made sure he had all of his passengers before leaving. He also got them to the airport in great time.

This hotel is nicely renovated on the interior. The exterior looks slightly outdated, but the room is just fine. It was very clean and I didn't see any problems whatsoever. I stayed here with several friends who when we were attending a concert. We arrived, checked in quickly and had no complaints with the room. I recommend this hotel if you are going to a concert or the airport. It's not a resort by any means, but I don't think that's their claim.

The staff was friendly enough. The only time I needed them was for extra towels, but that was no problem. The food is pricey in the restaurant, but good.

I am VERY picky about cleanliness of hotels by the way, and this met my standards easily.

We got a tremendous deal for a week in this hotel in December. It is very convenient to the major interstates which was perfect for our family visit. The room had comfortable beds, a nice shower, and insufficient power outlets. There is an on site restaurant which we did not use. Also very convenient if you are going to the airport or St. Charles.
