This is the first hotel I have stayed in with a pool warm enough to swim in on a Nov. trip and a large hot tub that really works. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast had everything from waffles (even different flavors) to biscuits and gravy, sausage, and scrambled eggs. It was a great location (across from Olive Garden). Very clean and the heat and air didn't wake me up cutting off and on. Truly, a great place to stay.

I recently stayed again at the Comfort Inn West. Once again the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful at getting tickets to several shows for us. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Branson. Convenient to shows and shopping and dining.

Very nice and quiet room. Spa/pool are in separate building and the water was cleanest of any hotel spa I have used. Also spa area is open late for after-show relaxation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice full breakfast, also served in its own building. Breakfast area can be very crowded--go a little later if you can. Easy access to the hotel without going through the heavy traffic of Hwy 76 downtown and you can also easily access a less traveled route to the showboat via Hwy 265. Easy walk from your room to Red Lobster and Golden Corral. This was my first stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Second time here but this time I had to take my husband to emergency. The staff was very kind. All turned out okay! The room was well decorated and clean. They serve a delicious full breakfast. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. Lovely place to stay and we would recommend very highly. Could I add that the landscaping is lovely and a nice place to take a little stroll. We highly recommend and we will return.............. Comfort Inn is on a hill so we had a full view of the city..it was lovely. Our thanks!!!
