OK.. This was the last stay of our 30 day trip.. I must say that I had never heard of Branson and really felt like I was taking a chance travelling there in JAN. Let me tell you... I am glad that we took the chance and went to Branson.. The staff is absolutely outstanding. They cater to your every need. I called and asked them (in advance) for a renovated room. I was told if they could accommodate me, they would.. Well, they are true to their word. We had an absolute wonderful two bedroom suite in BLDG 455. It overlooked the lake and the pool. Our room was outstanding. The beds were comfortable, with flatscreen tvs in each room.. I am a coffee drinker. So, when I ran out of the coffee that was initially provided, they gave me more. The staff there are absolutely outstanding.. Two that I would say stand out are Christopher (checked me in) and Patty (gave outstanding directions for family events in town). They were great! If you are in Branson, the Meadows is where you want to be! We are returning in March to relive the experience all over again.

The condos here are great. We have stayed here before and were pleased with the property. This was a much busier time being between Christmas and New Years. Check was fine and the customer service was great. We checked in quickly and went to our room -- on the first floor building 8.
The benefits -- two bedrooms, three beds (1 king, 2 queens in bedrooms and a pull out sofa). Lots of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy a few days. They include a bag of popcorn, two bags of coffee to be brewed with cream and sugar, two packets of hot chocolate -- no tea :(. Dishes in the kitchen are nice, great for a morning cup of coffee (we bring instant starbucks and it worked well along with my own tea thankfully.)
Location -- it is easy to find but a little way from the main strip.
Internet worked fairly well. We had trouble with it one morning but the rest of the time it worked well.
We got a great rate through their extended stay program.
Even though it was busy it was not very noisy. We did hear the showers above us run and you can hear the toilet flush but it wasn't terrible.
When we walked in, it was evident that it had been cleaned quickly. There were wrappers lying on the counter, the bathrooms were not cleaned well, the kitchen counters were still dirty. I'm sure in the busy season they rushed to have this cleaned however, coming from a family with serious health concerns cleanliness is very important. Also the bedding did not stay on the beds -- king bed and queen beds bedding came off each night. We put sheets on the pull out sofa and they didn't even include two sheets, just a mattress cover, a sheet and a blanket.
I would love to stay here again but will request a cleaned room -- perhaps "deep cleaned" and for better bedding.

I've been to branson more than 20 times and when I need a condo I stay here.I've stayed in 1,2 and 3 beadroom condos.They are well kept up and allow you plenty of room.Check in can take some time if they are busy but that happens at all places.Outdoor pools and hot tubs are great in warmer weather.There is a indoor pool and my son and enjoy it in cooler weather.Any problems have always been taken care of fast.I've stayed at other condos nearby and will not make that mistake again.Most are poorly buildt and not well kept up.There are plenty of places to eat nearby so you won't starve.Take 265 via 65 thru table rock dam to falls creek road and you will bypass crazy hwy 76.You can also go the back way to silverdollar city from these condos.I'll be back spring break 2012,already have my reservation!

there was hair in the bathtubs. the sheets had stains on them. the parking was terrible.
