We had reserved one week sept. 2011. Arrived to find no air conditioning, t v frequently blacked out and remote control was broken and scotched taped to hold it together, carpet was filthy, underwear from former guest in closet, dirty silver wear under edge of bed,one hard brown wash rag in bathroom amd three hard faded and spotted towels,food from former guests on deck, sheets on bed totaly worn out and there were other things but I think you should get the picture. We did not stay and the manager said our money woud be returned.It's been three months. No refund,even after I called to say we hadnt received it and to make sure they had my correct address. My husband, mother, close friend and I stayed in building 43 unit 7. The convenience of being close to the strip, yet far enough away from all of the hustle and bustle was superb. The amount of money you can save by having a unit with a FULL kitchen is enormous. The condo had two bedrooms and two full baths. There was a balcony, washer and dryer and was very close to the pool. It was nicely furnished and very clean. We rented through our travel club - Global Destinations. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

My son, daughter-in-law, grandson and myself stayed at the Pointe Royal Resort for five nights. The condo was very clean and modern. We had two bedrooms, two baths and three beds. It was completely furnished, with washer and dryer plus all the comforts of home. This was a gated condo. Also had indoor pool and golf courses.

Our stay was great until the third night when the bigfoot family moved in upstairs! I can stand the normal creaking of the floor. (prefer not to hear it at all) but this family stomped for hours. Not just a stomp here or there, but 3 to 5 fast stomps in a row! This went on past midnight! We will NEVER stay at Pointe Royal ever again. Thousand Hills is much nicer and there are only 2 cabins per unit, side by side. We will stay there next time we come to Branson! You'd think when you pay a little more it would weed out the rude and nasty people. I guess there is rude and nasty at every price point!
