We had reserved one week sept. 2011. Arrived to find no air conditioning, t v frequently blacked out and remote control was broken and scotched taped to hold it together, carpet was filthy, underwear from former guest in closet, dirty silver wear under edge of bed,one hard brown wash rag in bathroom amd three hard faded and spotted towels,food from former guests on deck, sheets on bed totaly worn out and there were other things but I think you should get the picture. We did not stay and the manager said our money woud be returned.It's been three months. No refund,even after I called to say we hadnt received it and to make sure they had my correct address.
