For the price, the rooms were ok but definitely not fancy. Our two rooms looked a little older but were clean, and it was fairly quiet. We never made it into the complimentary breakfast, because the area was full to overflowing every time we tried. But the Plantation Restaurant close by had a great brunch at a very reasonable price! We probably will choose a different motel next time. It was Christmas time and there were no others available that weekend.

If you are just looking for a economy hotel in a decent location in Branson then this would be ok. The rooms were average, ours (we had 2) were clean. everything was a little outdated but looks like the pool was recently renovated. Complimentary breakfast was very light. Probably would look for something a little better for the price though.

I think they fired all of the maids! Room was nasty. Hairs in the tub, drains wouldn't drain,
key card would not work, mold in the grout of the shower stall, room had a offensive odor. Breakfast was nothing more than some old bananas. We had made reservations for 3 nights but left after 1. This was over Thanksgiving weekend and we were very lucky to find another hotel. DON'T STAY HERE!

Our room smelled like cat pee, the carpet had stains on it and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was very minimal and the carpet in the breakfast room was stained all over. The only good thing was the lady in charge of the breakfast was friendly and kept everything clean. She did a good job. We were in the building farthest away from the office - maybe the rooms closer to the office were better, I don't know. We were assigned this motel as part of a package deal - even if this motel were free we would not stay here again. We had reservations for 2 nights, but after the first night, we moved to another motel.
