Nothing good except location. Booked 20 rooms. Almost everyone had complaints. Rooms were dirty, mold in bathrooms, toilet didn't flush properly, sink leaked, breakfast was meager. Manager who I had worked with did not show up to meet me or welcome the group. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This is the worst hotel in the world. Had reservations and they doubled the rate when we arrived. We weren't the only people arriving that they did it to. You are kind of at their mercy when you have traveled that far. AVOID!!!!! management is RUDE!!!!! OMG They are HORRIBLE! Look under the word DUMP and there will be a picture of this place!!!!Filthy is putting it nice! Its worst than nasty! AC doesn't work and the AC units are from the dark ages! Don't stay here!!! Pool is so nasty I wouldn't bath the dog in it. Towels, Sheets & Blankets have blood stains on them and the carpets leave a film on the bottom of your feet! Horrible SMOKE SMELL IN THE ROOMS! Front desk woman is rude. House keeping is a guy that goes thru your personal items while you are out of the room. No food for breakfast. Don't risk it!!!! IT'S BAD!!!! People just leave in the night and try to find another place to stay and there is no one at the front desk during the night. Old terrible mattress and the TV is from 1969 or older & no ice machine that works. Its the BATES MOTEL BUT WORSE!!!! Its not safe to stay here and who knows what you will catch from a filthy room like they have. Not a place for kids!!!!!! BEWARE AND DO NOY STAY HERE!!!!!!

Just returned from Branson this last weekend.We stayed at the Prince Charles INN. Formerly the Roadway Inn and Before that was Prince Charles now back to Prince Charles Inn. The Staff was very nice and helpful. Our first room the Air conditioning was'nt working correctly but the Nice gal at front desk quickly got us into another room. Everything was nice enough for the price we paid but the beds were very hard. Hard enough we wont be staying there again.Staff was very nice and helpful.

I had requested a refrigerator when I booked the room I have to take insulin shots and needed a place to keep the insulin cool well at frist they changed my room to one that had a refrigerator but only had 1 bed and there was 4 of us. They put us back in the room we were in at frist and brought a refrigerator and put it in the room then they called up to the room and was going to charge me $10 dollars a day for the refrigerator I told them to come and get the refrigerator that I would not pay for it. We went to wal mart and found a refrigerator for less than what the one was going to cost in the room. This is not a place that I would stay at again. The pool had trash in it like it had never been cleaned.
