This hotel is located within close driving distance of all major attractions in Branson. The hotel is not fancy but serves it purpose with a fair price. It has a small but nice outdoor pool. The complimentary breakfast could have more selection with healthier choices but serves the purpose of getting the day strarted.

Stayed at this nightmare that had no window covering except a thin curtain. We were awakened at 7am each morning with the sun beaming in our face. We had a bad TV for three days. We took several pictures of the curtain issue that wasn't a concern of the hotel management. We called management several times about the issue while there and called several times after we left the nightmare. The only response we received at home was a threating call from the hotel to a law suit for us making " racial slur" on this feedback blog. WOW now that's a business, your customer is very dissatisfied with your service or product and instead of resolving any issues you threaten them with a law suit. Our time in Branson was great however because of the hotel and management we would never return unless we brought our own privacy curtains, TV and attorney of which we now have retained to follow up with the hotel's threat.

Great little family-run hotel for the price. Breakfast was decent, although the breakfast room and the corridors were a little stuffy (it was very hot outside). Nice sheets and towels. Only used the pool once but it was adequate. My only 'complaint' (and it's minor) is that we were on 2nd floor, and the soundproofing was not that good. So although we couldn't hear televisions or talking in other rooms, we could hear people walking back and forth on their floor in the room above us, as well as the showers running in other rooms. Again, just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would stay here again!

We arrived saturday afternoon on 4th of July weekend with no hotel reservations. We were on a last minute romantic getaway and asked for a room for 2. The desk staff were very friendly and apologetic. They actually offered us the honeymoon suite for regular room price. Once in the room, we loved it. The decor was beautiful and the room was clean. The hotel was quiet and a nice place to just relax. The bed was also very comfortable. It was also fairly close to all that Branson has to offer.
