Very nice staff, great location. A few tips for the owners a little TLC is needed. Would like to see more atmosphere around pools i.e. flowers and landscaping and side walks and around vending machines needs cleaned. Overall we had a great time.

This motel has great service, clean rooms and perfect location. Their prices make it the best value for a Jacuzzi room in Branson. The Jacuzzi is in the bedroom, making for a more romantic stay. We have stayed here numerous times and will continue to return at each opportunity.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you and we are planing to return in the next thirty days but cannot get rates to come up on the net. Rooms were very clean and it was very quiet. My only fault and it is not a serious were that there were no coffee pots in the rooms. We had rooms 115 and 116.
