This was the cleanest place that we've ever stayed. My sister and her husband were with us and they were very happy with their room also. We couldn't ask for a better location. The manager was very nice and pleasant. This is where we will stay the next time that we visit Branson. With their economical prices, it made our vacation possible. THANKS!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of our trip in Branson, I gambled on Hotwire to see what I could find. AND WE WON!!! Clean and quiet and a perfect location. They even have a private park, with a bar-b-que, picnic table, playground, horseshoes. I wanted to get a cheap room cause we planned out going out and exploring the town and seeing shows. SO we got a 2 star, but as clean as a five star. After I saw the place, I wished I would have booked more nights at the hotel. My husband and I are not big on 2 star hotels and I was a little scared, but once I saw the room my fears were gone. The room was clean, very clean, furniture in good condition, nothing was falling apart or stained. The room had a little plant on the table which helped the room feel cozy. The pool was clean and at least 6 foot. The breakfast very minimal toast pastries and coffee, but there are plenty of brocheres available while eating. Also, breakfast is served in the check in lobby. When we go back, We plan to stay in 201, that would be the best room ask for it, it's like a little apartment. We have stayed in many hotels over our years of travel and we have never written a review, but this place deserved one. This hotel was clean and thats what hotel room has to be. BEST value for your dollar, you will not be disappointed.

Stayed for one night in Room 201, an oversized room which appears to have been at one time the owners quarters. The room includes a huge walk in closet, separate toilet room, jetted tub with a fancy shower (10 spray heads), double vanity, make up counter. and towel cabinet. It has a king size bed that is firm, personally I like a firm bed, so this was great for me. The pillows were typical motel pillows, not to great. This room had house carpet, not typical hotel room commercial grade carpet and a 27" tube type tv.

Cleaning staff was very friendly, the front desk staff at check in could have been friendlier, she wasn't rude, just not talkative at all.

This place was quiet, the pool was clean and good size.

The room was $64/nt with a $5 coupon printable off the internet.

Peeked into a normal room, they looked good too.

The owners have another motel next door with a private park, playground, bbq grills, etc between.

Would stay there again

My inlaws stayed there many times and my parents at the sister hotel. I am generally a very picky or as friends say a hotel snob....this was not someplace I thought I would stay, but it was great! We actually stayed there 4 times last year. I have stayed at a couple other hotels in the area and they don' t compare. Don't miss this great value.
