“Very nice for the price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 December 2011

A friend recommended this hotel; we were a little leary, because the price was so reasonable, and so often a low price means low quality. We were pleasantly surprised, however, that there were many nice features. We had a king bed, which meant that there was room for a night stand on only one side of the bed, since the room was on the smaller side. But there was an area for hanging clothes, a large TV, a small round table with chairs, a coffee maker, and a mini-refrigerator. The sink was in the sleeping part of the room, which is not our favorite, but it worked out. We didn't have any problems with the shower or water pressure. The breakfast was nice - we also enjoyed the peanut butter. Everything was clean and tidy. There is also a small park between this property and another, with a place for little ones to swing and play. This hotel is far enough from busy Hwy 76 to be peaceful.

“Quiet location but near everything”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 October 2011

I got this hotel on Hotwire for a super low rate. The location is near Hwy 76 (the strip) but not on it so it was fairly quite with no car noise. It is nothing fancy but was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast consisted of bread, bagels and donuts plus beverages. I ran across a couple of negatives. First of all the shower head was only five feet tall and half the water was coming out of the spigot instead of the shower head so I had to crouch my five foot nine frame to rinse my hair. Second, the plumbing is not insulated well so I could hear my neighbor turn on the sink and shower. Third, the mattress was cheap and hard and stained. No heavenly bed here. The experience was not terrible but I would not rave about it either.

“now, with continental breakfast!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 October 2011

I have stayed at the Spinning Wheel for the majority of my trips to Branson. My most recent stay was in October 2011.

Very clean, good bed with clean linens. Spacious for the price. Room has a decent sized fridge that was immaculate.

Minor problems: the heating/cooling works fine but is dated. Linens were clean but had minor stains on the side-like pen marks. The in-room coffee maker was good, but they ran out of regular coffee for them. The shower heads are a bit low and the soap dispenser in the shower gets in the way.

The Inn has added a very good continental breakfast in a nice (if small) breakfast room. Coffee, juice, cereals, donuts, toast and peanut butter for us protein freaks. It was very welcome for us.

I will definitely stay there again.

“Great Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 August 2011

This was a great hotel, staff was friendly and rooms were clean. I saw one review about the water pressure, but we had plenty, I think water pressure is something the city takes care of LOL not that hotel! So much have been a water issue :) But water was hot, the A/C units are a little dated but it cooled the room down enough and for the price you pay, keep in mind your not staying at the hilton but it was quiet and clean and family run.

“Clean room and great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 July 2011

Staff went out of their to help us when they were full one of the nights we wanted to stay. They called a motel next door and we were able to stay close to friends. The next night we stayed here at Spinning Wheel and found the room clean and convenient to local shopping and musical shows on the west end of Hwy, 76.
