We thought an indoor waterpark would be a great treat in the middle of winter, and expected it to be along the lines of Great Wolf Lodge, which my kids love. Unfortunately it was freezing inside the waterpark, if people just watching the 'swimmers' are in hoodies, you know it's cold. I know it's January, but the indoor waterpark should be too hot for people in hoodies and jeans, even some lifeguards were in sweats and winter beanies! So getting my kids to run through the water was not easy, they were shivering. There were only 2 waterslides. Supervision of the hot tubs was non-existant, an even though it said no children in the upper hot tub (the one that is actually hot) people kept letting their little kids get in, which was not relaxing, and just gross whenone got overheated and threw up. They over chlorinated all the water, the hot tub had froth, like a bubble bath, kids were putting it on their faces pretending to be santa. The over chlorinating of the water led my 6 year old to be in tears after just 3 hours in the place. We had to get eye drops from an employee to flush out her eyes (apparently it's a common problem). We left after just 3 hours, my kids can usually spend all day in other waterparks, indoor or outdoor. And I haven't even mentioned the 'changing rooms', which are just bathroom stalls. There is 1 handicapped stall which has a baby changing station, and of course everyone wants to change in that one because it's the only place you can actually turn around in, which means you can forget about diaper changes, or getting dressed without standing in line forever. I would not recommend this place, save your money and buy season passes to white water, or find a great wolf lodge near you!
