I stayed here for a week with my mom and some friends. My mom traded her week with a different resort to stay at this one. Being the tech person that I am, I was very disappointed to find out that they do not have wireless internet throughout the resort. They have a 'hot spot' where everyone on the resort can go to use the internet. I would not recommend this resort unless you have little or no need for internet.

Room was very well set up for three of us. Actually I think our building might have formerly been apartments, but it was nice and new and clean! This would have been a good place to stay in for a week or longer. It had washers and dryers, and a usable kitchen. For what we paid, I was really impressed. The hotel staff was nice, but our actual building was a mile or two from the check-in building. No worries - the location of our room was good, but when the staff told us to take a left at the stoplight and a right at the four-way stop, I wish they had mentioned that it was a ways off, because I was questioning whether we were going the right way, to the point that I thought there was absolutely no way that we were on the right track until boom! There we were at it.

We was in Pigeon Forge on vacation and was approached about doing a presentation and could get free tickets to a show and dinner so we said yes and that was a BIG mistake. When went there with no intentions of purchasing anything because we just couldn't afford it and we keep telling them no and that we couldn't afford it. Well that wouldn't take NO for an answer so we purchased a 8 days 7 nights for 995.00. We split it up and have already used 4 nights and I called last month to use the other half and go on a shopping trip with my mom and sister in law and when I called they charged my account for 115.00 for the split up fee and some kind of travelers insurance. Well I got a call the next day that I wasn't able to use it unless my husband came with me. So I went around and around with them about that. He has no vacation time left and why should they be able to tell you who you can and can't bring with you when you are the one that has paid for it. Well just got my bank statement and they didn't refund the 115.00 to my account since we was denied the stay and I called and they told me they would not refund the money. This place is such a JOKE biggest mistake I ever made was going to the stupid presentation. They are HATEFUL and don't want to hear your side of anything.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT TO ANYONE! IT IS A TOTAL JOKE AND A RIP OFF!!!!

We booked 5 adults in 2 rooms adjoining on an Interval Exchange. Our request for ground level units were supplied. We'd check out the reviews and were hesitant, but had no other options since we had booked for these specific times. We arrived and were initially quite pleased, and remained to thru out our 6 night stay. The staff was kind and considerate, and cordial even though we declined their normal invitation to find out more about the property, etc, etc, in exchange for show tickets or cash. We've spent too much time at these things over the years. We own Wyndham points thru 3 different properties and have enough challenges using the points/weeks we already have. For your info - we stayed in Building #12. There appears of be 5 or 6 buildings like this one, maybe 2-3 years old max, 5 stories each, with many units on each floor. We'd try to go back here if we wanted to go to Branson again, even though we own points at Wyndom Branson's property.
