“clean and simple”

this is not a super fancy place its a smallish room with 2 queen beds in all the rooms. it does have a kinda small bath tub/shower enclosure so if your a taller person be prepared to bend over to get the top of your head but most of the old hotels are this way in branson.

They have small tvs in the rooms. but they are clean. I am going back again and will stay again.

“Nice place for the money”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 August 2007

Rooms were ok, a little small for a family of 5. Front desk staff was very helpful with directions and ideas where to eat and what to do. Only disappointing thing, the pool was across the street at a different hotel. I didn't like sending my children to cross the high traffic street to go to the pool. Otherwise nice accomodations and great breakfast. If you want to save money for a big family.

“shop around”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 July 2007

After some reasearch I decided to book 2 rooms for our family vacation at the Atrium. After seeing the rooms, I had a hunch that I should've shopped around a little more. Those are the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in. Plus, the shower head hit me right in the chest so I had to get on my knees to wash my hair. The bathroom really dated the place....early 1960's. The kids liked the breakfast, but the foam in the pitcher told me that was powdered milk so I stayed away. I kind of like a place to relax with my family when I'm not running around and this wasn't it. My wife and I stopped by 5 or 6 places before we left and took a look at the rooms. We found much better hotels for about the same price.

“Simple, Reasonable, A No Frills Stay, Served its Purpose”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 July 2007

My wife and I decided to stay there on our wedding anniversary. We got a room with a king size bed and whirlpool (next to night stand). Our room was at the lower level in the back. There was no parking created for those on this side of the building, so we had to park on the opposite side. We walked down stairs towards our room. The numbering of room levels was a little confusing. In the room you could hear construction and some traffic noise at times. The room itself had a slight odor, probably from water damage which was evident from the warped bottom of night stand next to the bed. The shower was a stand up model with a liquid soap dispenser. The toilet seat was squeaky when you raised it. There was a sink, small fridge and microwave, all worked. The window air conditioner made the room cold fast. The king size bed was comfortable. The lobby looked new and the free breakfast was good. (staff was friendly).
We had juice, milk, scrambled eggs, hot biscuits and gravy. For the price of $80 plus dollars a night it served its purpose.

“The Atrium is a lovely hotel”

After a horrible night at another hotel up the road and several nights camping it was very comforting to arrive at such a nice hotel. The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with everything in order, even had extra towels for the kids.

After a restful night of sleep we went to the lobby and found a great hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, sliced peaches, coffee, milk, and OJ. This is what a hotel breakfast should be.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, and the next time we go back to Branson, we will stay at this hotel. It is off the main drag but easy to get where you want to go. A+
