My mother and I have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the last 15 years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, the rooms always clean. We had trouble with the heater and they arrived quickly and fixed it, no problems. I left something of value in the room on one stay. After arriving home, over 5 hours away, I called and they had found it and held it for me until I returned a few months later. They offered to mail it, but since I knew I was returning, they held it. Sure enough, it was in the office waiting when I returned. How many hotels does that happen in? It is always our first choice of places to stay and we have recommended it to friends who have stayed there and enjoyed their stay. If you don't need a lot of cushy, flashy amenities, it's a great place to stay!

Where do I begin. I attempted to stay here with a friend and two children. First of all the older lady at the front desk was RUDE. The children were excited and were asking about the pool, after 3 times of her not responding she finally said "Keep your children quiet, I'm trying to concentrate". The room was dirty and had a musty odor. We turned on the A/C and went out for dinner, we returned 2 hours later only to find the A/C did not work, by then the front desk was closed. We decided to go ahead and stick it out, take showers and talk to mgmt in the AM. The shower was moldy and had 2 dead spiders in it. My friend found what appeared to be dried blood on the washcloth, the towels smelled sour. Then to top it all off, when we turned the sheets back there was hair all over the pillow. We left at 2:00 am without checking out and found a very clean room just down the strip.
