Very disappointed with the service we received at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel around 11pm, after a 6 hour drive. After I go through the check in process I ask the manager, if the couch in our room was a pull out. She in formed me we did not have a couch in our room. Confused, I said that we had reserved a king suite & it was supposed to have a couch. She tells me, "no, I had a double queen room" & "that's how it came across Hotels.com". Frustrated I went to our room to get my 3 boys down for the night. Still angry I pulled up my reservation on my phone & confirmed I did indeed reserve a king suite. My husband had gone down to the front desk to get a roll-a-way cot. After explaining our situation to the new person at the desk, she informed him the manager told her she changed our room from the king suite to a double queen because the 5 of us couldn't fit into a king suite. So after all this my husband ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor because we couldn't fit the cot in the room safely. Now if that's not enough to never go there again, the super long black hair I found on the bed my 2 of my children slept in grossed us all out and the mold all over the bottom of our shower curtain was enough to make your stomach churn! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
