Bottom line: Excellent value for the money (about $75 on a AAA rate), good mid-range hotel, not quite up to the Drury level, but very close, and less expensive. Absolutely worth a return visit.
Details on the room: The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Mine had a very comfortable stuffed chair and ottoman. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower was very good. Details on other items: The indoor pool is small but clean and satisfactory unless you want to swim laps. The breakfast (included) is standard for the chain, tasty, healthy if you want it to be, and served in a clean and spacious room off the lobby. Parking is free. The hotel is close to a major road with restaurants, stores, etc., very close by. The location is about 18 miles from downtown Kansas City, which is where my business was. The drive to downtown is all Interstate 70.
