Stayed here overnight on the way home from our Grand Canyon trip. Room was clean. Everything worked OK. We were on the first floor on the road side and had a lot of traffic noise to deal with. Maybe if we had needed heat/air and turned that unit on, it would not have been as much of a issue. Arrived at breakfast midway into the breakfast hours and found it cleaned out. No waffles, bagels, breakfast burrittos, etc. We asked if items were going to be replenished and were told NO. Breakfast won't make or break a stay, but if you advertise it, you need to supply it. Also have to take a smoking room if you travel with a pet, so linens (bedspread) really smelled of smoke. As a non-smoker, it would deter me from staying here again.
