Great hotel with safe parking. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Airport shuttle was very convenient to and from. Staff were very pleasurable to work with.

I stayed four nights at the STL Airport Marriott. Very large hotel complex. Excellent concierge amenities: light dinner entries, great desserts at 8:30PM and excellent breakfast. Rooms are very clean and exceed Marriott standards. We had three dinners at their restaurant with food, quality and price all excellent. Very friendly shuttle drivers and they provide a great hotel orientation enroute to the hotel from the airport. Shuttles run every 20 minutes (three minutes to the terminal).

The only issue I had was elevator noise in far tower was pretty loud. My profile requests top floor away from elevators. Unfortunately, I checked in late and got a room two doors away from elevators. Beginning at 0530 you listen to dueling elevators. It is not just the “ding” announcing floor arrival...it is the constant cabling noise…excessive. I switched rooms and took the last room on the hall….12 rooms away from the elevators. You could still hear it in the bathroom. Room tip…if in the far tower…demand a room away from the elevators.

Very poor experience. Overpriced small room but it was clean. Bad restaurant experience though staff did go out of their way to correct it. Did not live up to committment at reservation pertaining to furnishing transportation for flight crew to corporate terminal. Staff pleasant and courteous. Will not return. Staying here was a mistake that I will certainly not make again. Customer is apparently not important. There are much better options at STL airport.

We stayed here for our anniversary because we were in town for a party. We selected a honeymoon package which included a king, breakfast buffet for 2, parking, late checkout and a bottle of wine for under $100. This was our 4th time at this property and we are constantly impressed by the treatment we receive. The staff at the Marriott is in a class by themselves. Plus, the bed is the most comfortable either my wife or I have ever slept in. In addition, the comforter has a removable cover that is washed between each guest -- having worked in the hotel industry, I can tell you this is the exception and a sanitary necessity. We can not wait to go back.

I can not recommend this hotel enough!
