Let me start out with saying that I am not high class, I just want a clean room in a decent neighborhood, nice staff, etc. First of all, my GPS could not find the place - not going against the hotel, but it was difficult. The neighborhood was sketchy looking, check in was easy which was a plus, the room was good sized, but it took about 20 mins for the bathroom light to "warm up," it took that long to get to its full brightness. Sound-proofing was not that good, I heard people walking on the ceiling the entire time. The mini-fridge in the room did not get cold, but they do have an ice maker on site. The wi-fi was also an issue: the first day it worked fine. The next morning, it did not. I didn't complain because it was not important to me, but while I was sitting in the breakfast area, a lady came down and complained nicely that it was not working. She was standing with just her robe on insisting to the owners that it was not working, they just kept telling her that it was, they kept saying that they could get online without any issues. I felt like this lady was not getting the service she deserved so I spoke up and said "mine was not working either" and then they agreed to reset it. The other customer was upset and insisted that she had to be online for a work-relating meeting, they seemed like they didn't care until I spoke up. Oh well, back to the room. The beds were comfortable and clean. Check out was simple. I personally would not stay again because it was further from where I was headed originally.

Thank for bringing up the wireless issue up to us. We have since then had our IT person have a look at the routers and access points. I also want to let you know more than 1 year ago we had informed Garmin of our property and asked them to update their systems. We were informed that it was updated and taken care of. We will send another request to make sure it is taken care of. Thank you very much for your business!
