This was our second stay here for the festival (part of Memphis in May).

Easy 15 minute drive to Beale Street up I-55 ->I-240->I-40. We exit at 2nd St/3rd St and go up to Peabody, turn left to 4th then right. Lot on left is cheaper than other lots (during festival it was $10 as opposed to other lots at $20)

The prices here are much better than in downtown Memphis. Rooms are equipped with in room-safe, microwave and fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and free high speed internet which is great for those on a budget.

Bed is very nice memory foam with duvets and triple sheeting. A/C very good. Breakfast is excellent with hot items. We did not hear any noise from airport but we run the fan or A/C all night.

We stayed here while visiting Memphis in Nov 2008. This is a new hotel, very nice and clean. As for overhead airplane noise all hotels in Southaven have this (I’ve stayed at several there over the years) and the flight path is directly over Southaven regardless of hotel location. We couldn’t hear it in the room, however. Clean and roomy rooms, and our king size bed was extremely comfortable. Heated pool was also wonderful, and the weight room was also nice. Wireless also worked fine in room. Excellent hotel value.

We stayed during the Christmas holiday and had most of the place to ourselves. The motel has a VERY nice atrium for breakfast, with wireless internet.

A nice, helpful lady at the desk directed us to everything we needed in the area.

I stayed here on my ninth night out for a business trip.
The location was PERFECT for the Memphis airport.
The morning drive was quick and easy.
The hotel was older but the rooms were updated and the beds were very comfortable. The mattresses were new.
The front desk was very pleasant and the clerk thanked me for being a priority member...this was the first time I have heard this all summer and I was impressed.
I DID hear 2 planes around 3 a.m. and thought they may be FED EX as regular carriers do not typically fly at this time.
This hotel is fine...not extravagant but it does have a nice business center and the lobby is bright. The breakfast was good and I felt comfortable here. I would stay again, as a business traveler.
