We made reservations to stay here about a month in advance. We were greeted by a very sweet young lady at check-in. She dealt with another customer who had an issue in a very professional and courteous manner. Check in was smooth and we were placed in a room on first floor just as we had requested. The room was very spacious and clean. It had a little wear to it, and a subtle "motel" aroma, but we were very pleased. I slept wonderfully and the area was very quiet despite being on a main highway. The breakfast was incredibly wonderful with a huge variety and a very spacious eating area. The coffee was placed in a corner making it a little difficult to get to (you had to wait behind others in that area). The lobby was beautiful and welcoming. We chose this hotel because of previous reviews and walking distance to restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Very clean, excellent service!!! Near the interstate and great shopping across the street. Wonderful free hot breakfast..... not just donuts but the works!!!! I will stay here again...

I was out of hours and had to stay in the area that night. I ended up staying for 5 days! The front desk staff and check in/out process was top notch and fast. The rooms were spacious, clean and housekeeping was always there insure this. There was a microwave and fridge in the room too and hard line internet. The outdoor pool was clean but there was no hot tub. The fitness area and laundry were adequate. Although there was only one washer and dryer and the dryer needed to be run twice.
The mgrs socials were very nice (with free beer/wine) and the breakfasts were good too. Surrounded by Malls, stores and most everything a person would need and within walking distance too!
I would DEFINITELY DO IT AGAIN here at the Comfort Suites Southaven!

We stayed one night at the Comfort Suites in Southaven MS. This hotel is a Choice Gold Hospitality Award Winning hotel. I have always had good service from hotels with this award. The service was good. Easy Check in and friendly service. There was some sort of event at the hotel which kept the staff very busy but still service was good. The room was comfortable with a refridgerator, microwave, and flat screen tv. The location was nearby reataurants and shopping, as well as easy on and off interstate access. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, gravy and buscuits. We were approved for a late leaving time (12:00) as we are Choice Privileges members. All requests were met with friendly approval. Nice pool as well. All in all, a very good accomodation.
