We picked this hotel because it is close to the airport and provides shuttle service. I called before making the reservation to inquire about leaving our car at the hotel rather than paying for parking at the airport. I was told over the phone that there was a $10 fee to park the car while we were away which was fine. We arrived late the night before our flight and the lobby was locked so we checked in through a sliding window. The room was very basic and fairly clean. We went for breakfast the next morning which consisted of donuts, toast or cereal and told the young lady at the counter that we would be needing a shuttle around 10 and inquired about where to park the car. At that time, she said that there was no designated area for long term parking and that we could just leave it any where in front of the hotel. I told her when we would be returning and she said that it was only $10 for the first three days and $15 after that. I was a little irritated that I wasn't told that up front but wasn't too upset about the extra five dollars. What upset me is that she said the shuttle was one way and they wouldn't pick us back up unless we stayed another night so we would have to get a taxi. Later when we returned to the lobby with our luggage, that person was gone and the manager was there. He said that I needed to sign a liability waiver to leave the car and said the fee would be $30. When I told him that I was first quoted $10 and then $15, he said that $15 was from 3-7 days and that we would be gone for 8 so the price went up to $30 at that point. First of all, I consider a day to be 24 hours so a Saturday to Saturday should only count as 7 days in my opinion. Secondly, I told him that people answering questions over the phone and at the desk should explain that rather than quote incorrect amounts. He was extremely rude and did not even apologize for this misinformation. I said I would pay the $30 if he would agree to pick us up when we returned which he did. The ride to and from the airport was very uncomfortable because he never spoke to us or smiled once. Having to pay twice as much as what I was originally quoted was bad enough but the way we were treated was even worse. I would recommend that anyone wanting any level of customer service or friendliness stay away from this hotel.

Regarding to left car in our parking lot might be there was miscommunication on phone.May someone did not know about how long you want to left your car in our parking lot.So I mentioned you how we charge when the guest wants to park the car in our parking lot.
Again I apologize for the any inconvenience we may have caused you and hoping to serve you better next time.
