Needing a hotel in Oxford with truck parking (and that takes Corporate Lodging) we ended up at the Oxford Super 8. The lobby was nice and the clerk was friendly. The price we paid for a Sunday night was about $65. The room was a bit old and had some marks on the walls but nothing too bad. The rug did have a small hole in it, but it wasn' too bad either. The room was clean and that's what really matters to me. There was a fridge and microvave in the room too. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. The breakfast consisted of cereal, instant grits, waffles, toast, and some bagels/muffins. There was also juice and coffee. No fruit, eggs, or yogurt..but it was the usual (cheaper) items. Anyway, I wouldn't let the bad reviews scare you away..it was ok and clean with comfy beds...not worth $200 a night in my opinion.. but $65 was an alright stay!
