We stayed one night on our way from Orlando to Missouri (home). We had to stop and we're skeptical until we saw the Hampton Inn. It's near Applebees, McDonalds, IHOP. The hotel was perfect. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds are soooooooo comfortable. I can't think of one single thing to complain about.

Not a bad place, a little hard to get too but the rooms were clean and quite which was a suprise as you're right next to the highway. The staff on the other hand seemed to care less that I was a customer and a diamond level no less. I'll find another place next time in Memphis. The Hack Cross location is better, but were sold out during my visit.

The facilities are nice and they seem to be up to par but hope you don't need assistance from the staff. The floor next to my bed was wet for the first two days of my stay, when attempting to find a resolution the overnight staff could care less. Even when I tried to spend money and use the laundry service I received the lowest level of customer service I've ever come in contact with. My room phone was dead so I proceeded to the front desk where I apparently interrupted the clerk. There was nobody at the desk and loud music blaring from the back. When knocking on the counter the woman leisurely made her way from the nightclub in the back of reception only to yell at me. When attempting to drop off my laundry (I had a bad of laundry in my hand) the clerk was so irritated she had to assist a guest she claimed she couldn't understand what it was I was asking for. After getting belittled a bit longer I thanked her for her great service at which time she thanked me for being a great guest with the most condescending tone I've ever come in contact with. I don't know what happened to southern hospitality but it certainly doesn't exist at this location. In the end my floor was wet for two days, my phone was dead and I still had dirty laundry. Unless you want to feel like you are a stranger that walked off the street and not a valued guest, I would steer clear of this place.

We were on the 1st floor, king room with free wifi, microwave, small sink, mini-fridge and flat panel TV. The hotel also had an indoor heated pool and a jacuzzi which was very nice.

I believe this room had been recently updated as everything was nice and new. The hotel was updating a series of rooms down the hall, but they did their work during the day and it wasn't too bothersome.

We were next door to some friends (with one of those adjacent internal doors things) and thiers was as nice as ours.

The staff was very friendly, accomodating and was very nice about cleaning our messy room (we had our 10-month-old wrecking ball with us).

The location is right off the interstate, and you make a left turn into a strip mall to get there, so it's easy to see, but a bit harder to navigate to.

The area was very busy, much busier than we expected, but that also meant there was lots of food options as well as a Lowe's and a Wal-Mart close by.

It's about a half an hour to Memphis on US-78, we were in town for a wedding, but overall this was one of the best Hampton's we've stayed in.
