I did not even stay at this hotel and I never will. I attempted to call and make reservations at this location on 10/16/2011. A woman named Donna answered the phone in the most unprofessional and unhelpful way possible. She sounded like she didn't want to talk to me or answer any questions and when I was done speaking she simply hung up, no have a good day or anything. To the Howard Johnson owners I suggest you hire people who are pleaseant and who want to work in customer service because you just lost a very valuable customer and I will be sure to tell everyone I know what a lousy establishment you have!!!!
