I am a Holiday Inn Express veteran but this by far is the best one I have experienced. My stay was as close to perfect as possible. I was amazed at the level of professionalism from the staff, the comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness of the entire property, and the affordable price. This HIE was a pleasure and it made my husband's birthday get away even better. My last experience with a HIE was the location on Camp creek in Atlanta (read my previous post about the baby shower held there), and it soured me a little bit on HIE, but this property made up for any negative experience that I may have encountered in the past. Let me do a quick run down of the pros and cons

PROS:-
1) Excellent location. About 8-10 minute drive from the casinos. Far enough to be away from the crowd. There were some good places to eat in the area including: Mellow Mushroom, applebees, burger king, etc. A few more minutes down I-10 and you will come across movie theaters, some shopping and even more restaurants (Olive Garden, REd Lobster, Five Guys, and Chilis)
2) Cleanest Holiday Inn Express that I have ever encountered. I stay at about 6 different HIE's per year, so I have some experience with these properties. This by far was the absolute cleanest.
3) Thick clean towels and pristine sheets.
4) Staff was wonderful. They gave us free pretzels upon check in (little things count). Check in was quick and easy and organized.
5) Plenty of free parking
6) Non smoking facility with no pets allowed
7) Beautiful lobby
8) Free Breakfast was plentiful, hot and well prepare
9) Check out was just as easy as check in
10) Beds were extremely comfortable with soft fluffy pillows
11) the rooms were modern and upgraded and had large flat screen televisions
12) the bathroom was clean with tile in the shower
13) room came with microwave, and refrigerator all included in the price of only $64++ (we went in the off-season, so this price was exceptional and probably not standard)

CONS:
1) I honestly could not find any. I tried my best to find something significant that would balance my glowing review but there was nothing. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL.

Great job Biloxi. We will be back. Who needs the noisy smoke filled, crowded casino hotels when you have this place.
