More bad than good. I stayed here on July 29th. I had requested a handicapped room as close to the elevator as possible (new Knees). When I checked in they put me in a room at the end of the corridor on the 2nd floor. I told the clerk I couldn't walk that far, and he promptly changed me to the first floor at the end of the hall where I could come directly in from the parking lot. He was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunitly the room did not live up to the good reviews I has read on line. Musty smelling, the towels were dingy, the hand held shower was in an odd position and taped where it couldn't be adjust. When I came back later that night and turned the air on it smelled moldy. I was too tired to go and complain so just lived with it. Holes in the sheets and I chased around some sort of lizard everytime I went to the rest room. No where to hang your clothes in the bathroom or place to put make up, hairbrush, etc. Didn't try the microwave but the frig worked fine. I left feeling congested from the moldy smell. When I went to check out, the desk person had gone somewhere, and when I rang the bell I got someone from housekeeping who couldn't run me a copy of my bill. I did tell her about the problems with the room. Even with the very reasonable price, I won't be back because of the smells, didn't feel clean, and chasing critters in the middle of the night isn't my idea of fun.
