I have never stayed in such a gross hotel. I dont even know where to begin so I am just going to list it out:
CONS:
1)Toilet looked liked it hasnt been cleaned/flushed in months
2)The previous guests beard hairs were on the counter
3)The sink was dirty (looked like someone splashed coffee and it never got cleaned
4)The shower curtain had mildew on it
5)The room stunk like...um...old urine + mold?? maybe?
6)The walls were dirty (looked some some food splatter in the dressing area. The door and walls to the bathroom looked like 100 thousand dirty hands had touched it
7)Dingy sheets (I have no idea if they were clean. It was a horrible experiance. I probably should have slept in my car)
8)There is a lounge in the lobby that allows smoking and makes the lobby complely unbreathable. I hated going in there.
9)I apparently took the LAST bottle of shampoo (? really??)
10)Decor is old, warn and dirty.
11)Carpets are so gross I wore shoes at all times
12)The shower was dirty. It was cleaner after I took a shower (I wore flip flops)
13)Wall paper was peeling ...bad
Seriously...this place should be shut down. I should have just found another hotel but it was late and I was tired. It wasnt until daylight that I realised how GROSS GROSS GROSS the place was.
Pros:
Warm running clean (as much as I can tell ) water
Doors locked
AC worked
It had a bed
Didn't see any bugs
I figure the only way this hotel stays in business is it takes advantage of tired interstate travelors looking for that familier sign (Holiday Inn, LaQuinta, DAYS INN). I will not stay there again. Days Inn should be ashamed and embarrased.
The pictures here dont capture the filt as well as I hoped they would.
