Stayed here last night on business. Hotel is very clean, beds comfortable. The staff was very nice. I did not eat here, so I cannot comment on that. I'll look forward to staying here again.

This hotel was PERFECT! It was right by everything else in Madison, with a bridge that went across a pond to two restaurants, PieWorks and Bonefish Grill, both amazing. The service was excellent. The room were extremely clean, but there wasn't anything truly special about them. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn, while attending a weekend family event. We chose it based on TripAdvisor ratings and were not disappointed. It was located in a lovely, upscale area, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Check-in was by far the fastest I've ever experienced and it was nice to be greeted with warm, fresh, chocolate chip cookies. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It was especially nice to have a refrigerator and microwave, as well as a coffee maker. Oh, and we also received 2 bottles of water at no extra charge (not the usual $4 a bottle). Wi-Fi was FREE, which is a plus, because I think that in this day and age it's ridiculous that some hotels charge a daily fee to connect to the internet. The HGI offered a business center, indoor pool, and fitness center, although we didn't have time to use them. We did, however, purchase the daily breakfast package and were delighted to have it. The usual charge for one person is $10, which is rather pricey, but buying the Bed and Breakfast package saved a few dollars. We thought breakfast was plentiful, with a lot of variety, and quite convenient, and we would definitely purchase it again. Again, we didn't have time to visit the evening bar, but thought it was a good idea for the hotel to offer a pleasant location to buy a drink and unwind in the evening.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this HGI again, or to recommend it to my friends and family.

I was part of a group of 20 who stayed at HGI on a golfing trip this past July. It is a new hotel and our room was clean and very roomy. We got the Bed and Breakfast Rate so the fully cooked breakfast was part of our package. I enjoyed the breakfast and our stay was very good at HGI.
