“Nice hotel!!”

This hotel is newly renovated. The rooms were clean, bed clean, carpet clean, towels fresh. The hotel is near several restaurants for dinner options. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed the variety of waffles, cereal, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, etc... plus juices. Breakfast opened early which was very helpful for us. I didn't not use the pool or sauna but it sure was inviting.

Heather ... receptionist was VERY kind and helpful to us since our car was broken into while visiting downtown Jackson. Heather gave us a very late check out and we were very much appreciative!! I would stay here again and definitely use the sauna.

The hotel is completely renovated and the southern hospitality was the best.

Room Tip: They are all upgraded so everything is new and clean.

Newly renovated and they are proud of it! I stayed here on business and I was very surprised with my stay. The rooms were new from top to bottom. The only thing they didn't remove and replace was the tubs. All new furniture, carpets, drapes and new flat screen TV's. I don't normally stay at Fairfield Inn's, but I would stay here again.

“Great Stay”

The front desk staff is excellent as well as the breakfast lady. They are undergoing a renovation at the time but, we didn't really notice. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The new rooms are fantastic!!!! The elevator is a little small with debris from construction but, that is my only complaint!!!

Room Tip: Indoor pool and hot tub open all year long!
