Travelers Beware - Cancelled hotel reservations way in advance and credit card was still charged. When calling about this problem, management was very rude and abrupt. Please do not stay at this hotel because if you cancel, chances are you will be ripped off and charged for the cancellation even though you cancelled well in advance.
The Better Business Bureau will be notified of this incident and hopefully they will be written up!!!!!

I just want to say do not stay here it was not a good hotel . the tub was dirty. the floor was dirty . and our door would not lock all the way. and plus when i put something in the microwave it started burning the microwave that is

All I can say about this property is YUCK!! Do not stay here. Was nasty, broken door latch, no water pressure, musty smell, nasty stains on chairs and floor. Playing on the TV was (on a regular channel,78) NOT PAY PER VIEW, was a XXX movie. Our child was with us, thank GOD he was in the bathroom and did'nt see this!!!! We reported this to the front desk twice, and only recieved a THANK YOU from them. I called Days Inn customer line and reported this. They told me the property would contact us within 7 days....well....its been 2 weeks and Days Inn Jackson has'nt contacted us yet!!! I am very dis-satisified about this place! Take my advise and DO NOT STAY HERE!! I have stayed all over the USA, and have never encountered anything like this, and hope I never do again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
