The service and management was lousy!!! Every time we asked for anything they didn't have it or they never got back with us. The beds were horrible!!!! Thin mattress on a piece of plywood!! Never was able to get my internet working and the management never tried helping. The cookware/dishes package they have listed for sell, they didn't have any and didn't offer to get us any. Went to front desk several times when the clerk/manager was on the phone with a personal call and didn't ever acknowledge me until they decided to hang up. One time it was 7 minutes. No hand towels at all. I made a reservations 5 days in advance and once we arrived they didn't have a room for us. They ended up cleaning one and put us in "Smoking" which we asked for "Non Smoking" Poor management!!!!
They say, "you get what you pay for." Well I think staying a week there we should have received better service and a comfortable bed. Lesson learned!!!!

We moved in when they first opened, so everything was new and fresh. It kind of sucked having to go down stairs to trade in the sheets and towels every day. You also had to clean your own room and I was on the fourth floor with a little baby. Would have been better if we would have been on a lower floor, but for 179/week it wasn't too bad. The staff was a little anal about keeping the place clean and as soon as the pipeliners left for the next job the trouble makers started to move in to steal people's cars. Also, the alarms went off a lot there and it would be at really bad times like 8 in the evening. Otherwise it was a nice place, very neat and the staff were pretty cool.
