This place was absolutely horrible. We were sent here when the Quality Inn in Jackson overbooked and gave away our room. So, I would also recommend you not stay there either! Since the same lady worked both front desks, I"m assuming they overbook the Quality Inn and then try to send people over to their other place they own at the same rate. Choice Hotels should be aware of this! Bad, bad business!!
This place was an absolute dump. They are changing their name to Jackson Inn so be aware. Filty beds with dirty sheets full of body hair, sofa beds full of food, no clock, not even a toilet paper holder in the bathoom, wallpaper taped on with packing tape, peepholes in the doors that you are able to SEE into the rooms from out in the hall (guess thats why ours had toilet paper stuck in it!), missing tiles in the hallway (where my father almost tripped and fell down), tubs with rusting bottoms and standing water, stained carpet, broken furniture, paper thin walls, rotted food in the minifridge, filthy, filthy, filthy. We wouldn't bathe here or eat anything because it was so disgusting. We slept fully clothed and prayed our car wouldn't be vandalized while we slept. Oh, and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (can't tell you what time because we had no clock in our room). It scared everyone and some people ran outside. Turns out from the desk staff "Oh, it happens all the time, its the pressure in a pipe, they gotta get that fixed".
We would have probably been better off sleeping in our car. We only slept here because it was late, we were far from home and it was free. Even free, it wasn't worth it.
