We stay at Fairfield Inns about 10 times a year. The one in Hattiesburg was excellent. The staff was helpful, courteous and very friendly. There was a welcome letter from the General Manager and an email thanking us for our stay. Very nicely done. If you are in the area I would highly recommend this establishment

One night stay here was pleasant and trouble free. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The decor is cheerful and calming all at the same time. Rooms were clean and did not have that weird hotel smell. Our first impression was the beds were small, but they were most comfortable. Breakfast was a great variety that gave us something for everyone in our family and saved us money. We would definitely stay here again. Best hotel for the money during our entire vacation.

While traveling cross-country in our RV we had damage to our vehicle and had to stay two weeks in Hattiesburg. Fairfield Inn and Suites made our unexpected stay very pleasant. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgable about the hotel and surrounding community. The free breakfast buffet was well stocked with a wide variety of choices. The dining room was clean everytime we entered. Our room was cleaned very well each day and we were given extra towels each day. They even had a surprise goodie bag in my room on my birthday.We had other choices in Hattiesburg but do not regret choosing Fairfield Inn and Suites. Even after two weeks. As a bonus, the hotel is close tyo the Longleaf Trace, a 40 mile multi-purpose paved trail. Highly recommended.

I travel on government business a lot. I first stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Hattiesburg about three years ago and have been there 3 or 4 times since. I am usually a Courtyard person but this is one hotel that has all of the same amenities as a Courtyard but the staff is what keeps me coming back. I have never had a bad experience here. All employees seem to be the happiest people in that zip code and never fail to make you feel like they work directly for you. While I know the property has some age on it, it is kept clean and comfortable and the rooms are kept in good working order. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to this area.
