We stayed overnight at this hotel while traveling over the weekend. Overall the room was clean and it was nice to have the fridge & microwave, however the air conditioning/heater was broke and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it.

Not the best place we've stayed, but wasn't the worst either. We had to wait about a half hour after our check-in time for our room to finish getting "cleaned", then another 2 hours to actually get towels delivered to the room. However, I was there to see my soldier before he shipped off to Iraq, so they were generous with the military discount.

Clean, large rooms with a microwave/fridge in the room. Bathroom was decent, but had weird lighting. Within walking distance of a good restaurant. No frills, but fulfilled expectations for a decent price.

I will never make reservations at a Best Western again and will be sure to pass on to my family and friends what poor customer relations you maintain. You don't honor your own reservation numbers and then make excuses for the incompetent (and apparently dishonest) people at your properties. You made my travel to Hattiesburg a nightmare and then tried to blame everyone else for the problem. What a poor excuse for a business.
