Was this a 4-star fantastic hotel, NO, but it was what one would expect of a Holiday Inn. It was clean, the beds were comfy. Not very many tv channels, my daughter was missing Disney!! But for 1 night it was fine. The outdoor pool is VERY small, so if you are looking to swim this is not the spot. It was conveient for us since we were visiting Camp Shelby.

Terrible experience and way overpriced for what you get. About the time I had everything unpacked I tried to turn the TV on and it didn’t work. Called the front desk and they had a guy come and try and fix it. He was clueless. The front desk told me they’d move me just two rooms over. Just what I wanted to do after being on the road for over eight hours. They enthusiastically told me it was a handicapped room and had lots of space. The handicapped room was smaller than the room I had just left. When I tried to take a shower the handicapped shower head went to a maximum of about five feet high. Since I am over six feet tall this was a pain in the butt. The toilet float was broken so you had to play with the handle to get the toilet to stop running water constantly. In the morning the breakfast was extremely bland. Once again, way overpriced for what you get.

Will never stay at this Hotel ever again. Chose this Hotel for our stay because of outdoor and indoor pool, could not swim in outdoor pool because it was "GREEN" the three days we were there. Booked a room with a hide-a-way bed in the couch, but it was broke, so my son ended up having to sleep elsewhere. Was told they would put us in a different room the next day, after checking us out of current room they then proceeded to tell us that they didn't have anymore rooms avavilable!!! After a long heated discussion of about 20 mins of the clerk telling us that they didin't haven't anything more rooms avavilable she realizes that she had already put us in another room . This room had a air conditioning that was making the most horrible noise, called to the front desk to see if maitenance could come and take a look at it and was told that they would see about putting us in another room(remember we were just told that they didn't have anything available), to give them a few minutes and they would call back, 1 1/2 hrs later my husband and I got tools from his truck and fixed it ourselves! Being Priorty Reward members we didn't have to chek out till 1:00 but at 9:00 they were banging on my daughters room wanting to clean it, about 10:00 daughter and son-n-law walk down to our room to bring there belongings and visit, upon return to ther room it had already been cleared and cleaned for the next guest before they ever checked out!!! to top it off at 10:30 housekeeping uses her key and just bust up in my room and says "you check out now" my husband replies " check out is not till 1:00 and we are not ready to leave yet and she just huffs and walks out!!!! WORST Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at!!!!

We arrived Friday night with a conformation number and had prepaid for a room for Friday & Saturday night. We were told that they overbooked & we did not have a room. I had my 8 month old daughter with us. They found us a room an hour later at the Quality Inn. We were in town for a wedding & my sister from New York was staying at the Holiday Inn along with our friends. We ended up staying with my sister in her room. Nobody ever apologized or did anything for us. They had no hot water in the shower. They maids knocked on the door even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. I would not suggest this hotel at all.
