This hotel is horrible!!!!!! Stay away at alll costs. I made the mistake of staying at this hote last month. According to priorityclug.com, I was assured a room. However, the hotel had overbooked their all their rooms to a football team and did not honor their commitment to me, a Priority Club Platnum member. I tried to check in on Sept 17 at 5:30 pm and was told by the clerk that they had "ho idea" when a room would be ready. Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm!!!!! II was not able to check in for several hours.
I decided to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt and give them another shot. I reserved a room for Oct t 2 and 3, but when I arrived, I was told that they had given my rooms to yet another football team. I had reserved a room with two double beds, non smoking, but was not given that. After several minutes of negotiation, I was given two rooms for the night, one of which was somking (my group contained 3 adult men, so one bed was not sufficient). My group was split, which did not work well for the person who was allergic to smoke (since he was in a smoking room).
I was TOLD that I would have to come to the front desk in the morning t change rroms. I was fine with this, until NOBODY at the front desk knew what I was talking about when I got to the front desk the next morning!!! I went to the front desk, as requested, but the staff was clueless.
ALL I CAN SAY IS FOR EVEYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. It is unfortunate that the management and staff could not rectify your concerns in a professional manner. Mistakes will always be a part of existence, but I can assure you that the new management and staff will be here to make it right when a problem does occur.
I have been in the hospitality business for over 25years and invite anyone back to experience hospitality at its best at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in Hattiesburg, MS
