It was very nice and clean. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff was very welcoming and courteous, the room was clean, the restaurant had excellent food and a very friendly staff. I had an excellent stay no problems.

I had an unexpected need for a hotel in Hattiesburg over the Christmas Holiday and had a wonderful experience from the call for a reservation through my entire five night stay and final checkout.

Getting across Highway 49 from southbound I59 was the biggest challenge of the trip! The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I had one request for housekeeping and it was taken care of quickly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable and the pillow menu an unexpected touch. My son and I enjoyed the free wifi connection! We had a smoking suite on the fifth floor and were happy to have a full sized refrigerator with an ice maker.

The restaurant was open on Christmas evening, thank goodness!! The staff was wonderful and the food was well prepared and tasty.

I plan to stay here again in the future!! I didn't know that Hattiesburg had such a nice place to stay!!

Dont expect to stay at this hotel without problem. First they like to change your room rate by about 10 dollars a night. Then they side doors only open sometimes, so getting to your room with you luggage is usually a royal pain. Then when you get to your room you are lucky if your key works. Complaints dont do any good, and emailing the management will just, prove that these people really dont care about you just the money they collect from you. Might I suggest 2 Marriott properties one exit south, that actually know how a hotel is supposed to be run, and they care. I gave the HI 3 chances this year, and they will get no more of my business or anyone I can tell. Oh and dont forget the fire alarm going off 2 of the 3 stays in the middle of the night for nothing.
