Let me first say that the staff were great, could not have been more helpful or friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. However, the air conditioning in the room was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV over it without blasting it almost as loud as it would go. And in the hallways, there seemed to be no air conditioning at all. And even though it was November, it was HOT. The hall was almost stifling it was so hot. Also, the bar closes ridiculously early. We came in Friday night around 9:30, and thought we'd stop and have a nightcap, but the bar was locked up tight. Really? 9:30? What's that about? Overall, the stay was pleasant enough, but a few improvements would have made the stay a stellar one.

Service was great , food great, room was clean and no bugs. Had a great holiday , stayed 5 days. Room was on 5th floor gulf side. Bit of a drive to the casino,s.

After over a year of planning a convention, our meeting went off without a hitch. Anything we needed was provided. All we had to do was ask. The meals were great; service was right on.

There was a train every two hours all night. The walls are paper thin and the nieghbor snores loudly. The bed was comfortable.
