Was forced to stay here because the excellent Best Western just up the road had no vacancies. The rooms themselves are not bad, just not that great for the amount of money considering how nice the Best Western is. This place could use some serious attention, the clothes washer and dryer were both broken(which are a big deal if you road trip a lot) and the ice maker upstairs didn't work(red flags in my book). The bathroom was kind of dim and dank, water pressure a bit low and the wifi was essentially worthless(very weak signal, dropped out often). The free breakfast was typical waffles, cereal, pastries, fruit, etc. altho the coffee tasted like the coffee pot had not been given a good cleaning in a while. The guy who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The Comfort Inn next door was loud with people "hanging out in the parking lot" playing music in their cars and shuffling in and out of their hotel rooms til the early hours. Definitely, if youre going to stay here, get a room on the south side of the building to avoid all that commotion. There is a swimming pool and it looked nice enough, but we didn't use it. About the only huge plus is there is a Krispy Kreme right next door!

Mold was everywhere. Not sure why the management allows mold to continue to spread. The smell was bad. The staff appeared not to care. There are many other locations to stay while you visit this area. Please check them out and do no waste time or money on this location. I am amazed they are open and have not been closed due to the amount of mold in the rooms.

I had read other reviews that had given this a low rating so wasn't expecting much but needed a place to stay on a recent road trip. This far exceeded my expectations. Customer service was great, very nice and quiet location. Traveled with 4 children and my mother, children ages 4, 6, 12 and 14. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Traveling with two adults and four children it still seemed like a large room. Shower/bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. Very clean and quiet. We could not resist walking over to the the Krispy Kreme when we pulled in Friday evening. We immediately saw the Hot Fresh sign flashing and headed over after checking in. Very convenient to the interstate. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the waffles!!! I would stay here again.

ceiling looked as if it had smoke/mold damage painted over; showerhead shot water out the backside causing mold to grow there; no fitted sheets and were told there none on property; requested a different room and was told there were none available; smoke detector did not work; room smelled musky; breakfast was to be available until 9am, at 8:30am there was nothing available,,don't know if there ever was!
