We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. The condo itself was very nice and spacious. The decorating left something to be desired. The customer service was horrible. Our room had an air conditioner that was not working for 3 days. The air conditioner was serviced on the third day. Also, our keys did not work in the door. The locksmith did not arrive until the fourth day. I spent most of our vacation sitting in our condo waiting on workers. Not a pleasant experience. Also, the security guard was rude to my 3 year old because his armband had fallen off. He is three and the armband was made for an adult. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We were deceived by this hotel. We requested a smoking room which was clearly stated on our travel papers. We arrived and were never told this was a nonsmoking hotel.
The first night we smoked in our room. The next day a maintenance man came to our room for what I feel was for bogus repairs reported by previous tenant.
Later in the day when we returned to our room we found a very stern notice on our door stating if we don't decease smoking in our room we would be charged a cleaning fee of $300 to $600. We called management the next morning and requested a refund and we would go somewhere else. They refused so we smoked out on the balcony as they instructed. There was an ashtray near the pool and there wasn't any no smoking signs on the room doors.
We returned home only to find a $300.00 charge on our MC bill. I feel we were deceived by this hotel. They should have never accepted the reservation.
Location: Nothing close by, a taxi cost us $20.00 one way to the casino.
You have to cross two heavily traveled roads to get to the beach.

We have 7 people in our family stay at Legacy Tower II for four nights. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. It was much nicer than the condos we have stayed at in PCB, Destin and Gulfshores. The security is great. Guards are posted at the entrance and you must have your vehicle parking tag in order to enter. Armbands are required at the pool and hot tub areas. My only complaint is that the pool had lots of tiny debri from the nearby trees. It needed to be vacuumed. The beach is across the busy highway so you have to be careful when crossing over. We did not spend much time on the beach. The water wasn't very inviting but the sand looked great. We stayed on the 7th floor and the view of the gulf was really nice. Because of the highway noise you might be awaken at night several times. Overall, we enjoyed it. If you are looking for all of the things to do like in Florida then you will be dissappointed with the lack of go karts, mini-golf, etc. But for a relaxing time and great places to eat. It is a bargain.

Be advised: Although nice condos, the description on most listings on the web are misleading (spelled d-e-c-e-p-t-i-v-e):

1) These condos are NOT what is commonly considered "beachfront" -- They are across a busy highway from the beach. There is no walkway or bridge across the road so if you stay here, be VERY CAREFUL when crossing

2) There is NO GOLF COURSE out the back door. There may have been at one time, but, if so, it must have been washed away by a hurricane.

Rating would have been better if we had been expecting to be across the beach and had not been expecting a golf course adjacent to the units.
