My husband and I were very disappointed with our stay at Three Rivers. The rooms were not very clean at all. Spider webs were in the bathroom, the towels were extremely cheap not to mention we had to keep calling for towels because they appeared to not have enough available not to mention the blanket on the bed had holes in it. To top it all off they billed us twice for this crumby room and caused issues with my bank account. The manager advised it was a hold for the room, however it took three weeks for our funds to be put back in our acct. My husband spoke with the manager on several occassions who advised hs would address the issues caused with the bank which he failed to do after consistently lying and saying that he would. It got to the point that when we called for the manager he would have the employees say he wasnt available. Overall this was a horrible experience and we will never stay or recommend this crumby hotel to anyone. They never resolved the issues they caused or followed up with us in reference to the matter.

After providing lodging for out-of-town guest recently, we are embarrassed and disappointed by our choice of hotels. Lesson learned...you get what you pay for.
Our guests experienced incompetence with the desk clerks(cancelled reservations), severe shortage of towels, lack of housekeeping, poor internet access, and a "fend for yourself" attitude. If we had provided tents for our guests, they perhaps would have expected such poor accomodations.
A "new" name and a couple of renovated rooms does not constitute the making of an upgraded facility.
The business at this hotel will not improve until the management begin to provide services guests expect. A hotel is only as good as the staff running it.

From the highway, this place looks rather inviting. But once on the property, its just another run-down Ramada (prior to it's present name) that someone snatched up and is trying to turn it around.

First of all, if you rent one of the old rooms, you will be bitterly disappointed. Ask for the renovated room on the backside of the hotel. They were renovated about a year ago. New carpets, beds, tables, lamps, curtains and even granite bathroom counters. On a weekly basis, we paid fifty bucks a night. Should have been about forty, but its hard to find a place here between twenty-five and seventy-five bucks.

The staff is certainly friendly and accommodating. They have helped us in every way. But there seems to be something missing. Like...

1. Water in the pool.
2. Light bulbs to light your way around (I tripped over old carpet on the sidewalk)
3. Key cards that work.
4. Free breakfast as advertised on the huge billboard on Hwy 82.
5. Security cameras that work (monitor in lobby says "video lost" on most cameras)
6. Wasp control.
7. Rooms by the hour (yeah...you know what I mean).
8. Trash barrels emptied on regular basis.
9. Ladder standing in the middle of the sidewalk for days.
10. Overpriced Sunday brunch (go to Waffle House, instead).
11. Weak WiFi...put in some wireless routers.

Here are some good things to say...

1. Renovated rooms are not bad.
2. Friendly staff.
3. Willingness to take care of problems.
4. TV channel selection is good.
5. Reefer and microwave.
6. Plenty of parking.
7. Well lighted parking lot.
8. Good location for walking to nearby businesses.

So...if you can afford $75, then look elsewhere. But if this is your budget, then not much to chose from. If you can't afford it, then you're stuck with the flea-bag motels strewn about this historical town.

Excuse me, I have to go move my truck so it won't get door dings.

This is the nastiness hotel I ever stayed in. This hotel should be reported to the Mississippi Department of Public Health. This hotel needs to be remolded ASAP! My room cleaned not one day while I was there, nothing in the room worked, the lobby and room had a funny smell, so you have to keep the a/c on all the time, the pool was very, very nasty, the hall that leads to the banquet had big bleach stains on the carpet. If I wasn't there for my family reunion, I would've checked out the same day!
