I stayed at this hotel for Christmas because my parents live in a tiny house a few miles down the road, and my husband was visiting with me. Greenwood actually has a lot to do, and I was excited to stay there. The hotel entrance was beautiful, and the service was excellent, as I'd expect, since I'm a Delta native. The trip was going fine until we actually got to the room and discovered we weren't the only living things there. Apparently there's a pest problem that they're trying to work on, but apparently they need to rethink their strategy. There wasn't an infestation, per se, that I could see, but I saw that there was a problem, and I didn't stay the night. I love Greenwood, and the Delta. I'd like Best Western to fix this problem at an otherwise wonderful hotel in a wonderful location

I usually stay at luxury hotels, but given the poor economy, had to tighten up the belt a bit. Good thing I chose to stay here. The BW provided me with fine service, a wonderful staff and for a fraction of the cost of the other hotels. The other guests were also very very classy and respectful. The hotel was well lit and right next door to a wonderful restaurant. What more can one ask for?

This is a real sleeper. Hotel completely renovated inside and out. Very quiet room, new beautiful furniture, large room and in perfect condition. Yet we paid $71.99 for the night.
Hampton in Grenada, MS and this one are the best we have seen in years.

We stay here every year for a golf tournament. They always try to please us...our room was clean and we like the door leading directly outside. Breakfast lady is really great!
